Day 2 – 13 (MACM Symposium 2023)
Rebecca is the Executive Director of Entertainment Marketing at MGM Macau.
She has been engaged in art and cultural management for over 16 years, taking up various positions at the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao S.A.R. Government, including Head of Division of Performing Arts, General Manager of Macao Orchestra, and Chief Coordinator of Macao Arts Festival and Macao International Music Festival, where she has curated and managed various iconic city-level festivals and performing arts events.
Besides serving the public sector, she has worked in commercial sector as Director of Marketing, focusing in business strategy, brand building and event management. She has also taught at The Macao Institute for Tourism Studies for the Certificate Course in Performance Arts Management.
Since September 2021, she has been appointed as a member of the Panel of Advisors for the M.A. in Cultural Management Programme, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a member of the evaluation committee for the performing arts subsidy programs at the Cultural Development Foundation since 2020.
Rebecca received a Master of Arts in Cultural Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Business Administration (major in Human Resource Management and Marketing) from The University of Hong Kong. She is currently an EMBA candidate at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
